Sasieni also manufactured pipes under the brand name Sashar (specifically for South Africa) for pipes a little down the line. A good grain, straight/flame and Birdseye, showing plenty of hard wood. The rim is slightly worn with a few dings, and there must be a few small fillings but not obvious, the bowl is a nice size. These don’t detract from the overall condition, or the general opinion that Sashar pipes offer a satisfying smoke. No filter option. Weight 42g Inside bowl diameter 20mm Inside bowl depth 35mm
