If you stand back and look at them you can see the Dublin, Apple and Billiard shapes on which the designs are based.
And the design is perfect – the ridge is just where the pipe will be held – snug in either hand.
But the finish is new from Riccardo – he calls it “Sandpebble”.
Beautifully carved it offers “sandblasted-look” finishes more dramatic than natural sandblasting,
which rely on the natural grain of the briar.
